He started athletics when he was a child, at the "CEP", in Cortaillod and he did "le tour du canton". He trains 3 hours a day (15 hours a week). On a normal morning he gets up at 5 o'clock, goes running and then he goes to school at 7 o'clock and in the evening he goes to bed at 21 o'clock. He does a lot of tests. He runs 400 m hurdles. Before a competition, he is nervous. He goes to bed early when he has a competition the next day (he goes to bed at 11 pm and he gets up at 8-9 am). But afterwards, he has good memories. Just after a competition he goes to physical therapy and at night he goes to bed early. He went to the Championships in Zürich. His last competition was in Bern, for the Swiss Team Championship, but he was hurt and a 400 meter race is long when you are hurt! He finished second at the Swiss championships in Basel but he was nervous, because there were 4 people with the same time. His goal is to go to the Olympics games. |
